unable to attend, patients should notify the hospital as early as possible to
reschedule or cancel their appointment.

Staff and Other Patients

Patients and visitors
should respect the privacy and confidentiality of other patients and hospital
personnel and refrain from unauthorized photography, recording, or disclosure

12. Compliance with
Discharge Instructions
Patients are
responsible for understanding and following discharge instructions, medication
schedules, follow-up appointments, and recommended lifestyle or treatment
modifications.
13. Consequences of
Non-Compliance
Failure to fulfill
these responsibilities may affect the quality, effectiveness, or availability
of healthcare services and may result in limitations permitted under applicable
laws and hospital policies.
